"We had a wonderful stay at "Sea Pines Villa" - an absolutely perfect vacation! We stayed for five days with our five children, and every day had to choose between going out and staying in, because the villa had everything we needed! The pool was beautiful and the kids loved the tennis court. The house was spacious and clean and well-equiped for our stay and the neighborhood was so peaceful and quiet we felt like we were alone on earth! We especially loved eating dinner outside and watching the beautiful sunsets... Marina was an excellent host, always responsive and helpful with whatever we needed. We can recommend the property with a full heart!"

"This is a remarkable place; feels like a retreat from the rest of the world. If you come in the winter months - the central heating and fireplace will keep you extremely warm. If you are a fan of tennis - look no further as the private tennis court is right next to the villa, well maintained and flood lit. Everything was perfect. I cannot praise Marina and the property highly enough."

"This place is even better than it looks in the pictures! We were three families with children (6 adults, 4 children ages between 15 months old to 7 years old). Both kids and adults had a lot of fun. Perfect for families, but also for younger couples or group of friends. We used the pool during the day, played a bit of tennis in the night, did some hiking in the area and lots of swimming in the sea. I am Cypriot and I know the area as well as many villas (I've been to many), this is top."

"Wow, what an incredible location! We spent a week here with another family (4 adults and 4 kids in total) the house is so much better in real life, with lots of space for the kids to run around in the gardens. The enormous pool and tennis court were perfect and kept the kids entertained all day long. Not a single Neighbour in sight, surrounded by forest and fruit orchards. Then there’s the view - directly overlooking the most amazing sunset every evening - right over the pool.
The weather was perfect (early June) cool in the evenings and perfect during the days when the pool was used a lot. We didn’t even need AC once. It’s far from all the hustle and bustle, which was exactly what we loved. The peace and quiet was heaven. We highly recommend this place to other families wanting a big family villa with lots of space. Thanks for having us, we hope to return."

"The large and at the same time cozy house, which has everything you need, surrounded by beautiful nature, made an unforgettable impression on us. There are no noisy neighbors and the hustle and bustle of the city, but there is birds chirping, the air filled with the aroma of flowers and the amazing beauty of the sunset. A large pool and tennis court, which, thanks to the lighting, can be played even in the evening, are 2 indisputable benefits. We really didn't want to leave!"

It is a gorgeous house, clean and with a stunning view over the ocean! The pool is fantastic and we spent hours there every day. In the evenings we played tennis. We loved it and are already planning on going back!"

"This was the perfect home away for our large family (five adults and six children)! The house was large and the surroundings was calm and beautiful and we used the tennis court and the large pool a LOT!! The area is very unexploited and we visited some of the beautiful beaches in the neighbourhood and found some very nice restaurants (St. Barbaras and the Fly again were our favourites). We could also recommend a trip to Pafos zoo and the waterworld. We would certainly recommend this villa!"
